This initial quote will outline the estimated cost for licensing, professional services and (optional) support in order to achieve a smooth transition to Office 365.
If the costs outlined in Step 1 meet your approval, it’s likely that our engineering team will want to have a deeper conversation with you, either on-site, or over the phone. The aim is to understand the finer details of your current environment and operating requirements for Office 365 in more detail. This is also a great time to ask any unanswered questions.
SCOPE OF WORK
Following the scoping call, or on-site meeting, we will produce a full scope of work for you. This document will contain a high-level overview of steps involved to migrate you to Office 365, with your requirements and current environment in mind. With your approval our engineers will engage and start the process of assessing and preparing your environment as per this agreement.
