TRANSFERRING YOUR LICENCES TO E-ZU
As a certified Microsoft Cloud Solutions Provider, we have a wealth of experience in seamlessly adopting existing Office 365 licences.
It takes just 10 minutes to make the switch, and we’ll ensure there is zero downtime to you or your Office 365 tenant.
Once you’re on-board, we can proactively maintain and secure your tenant, whilst educating your IT admins to ensure your organisationg is taking advantage of everything Office 365 has to offer.
STEP 1 – UNDERSTANDING YOUR CURRENT LICENCES
Identifying your subscriptions in your Global Admin account, we can help you decide if you wish to retain your current licences as is, or if there’s a way to increase value/save you money.
STEP 2 – TURNING OFF AUTO-RENEW
This step doesn’t cancel your subscription right away, it remains active until it expires, allowing your existing licences to be re-provisioned through E-ZU Solutions.
STEP 3 – SWITCHING YOUR LICENCES TO E-ZU
We send you an invite link to authorise E-ZU Solutions as your Licencing Provider, simply click the link and accept the ‘Microsoft Cloud Agreement’ terms & conditions.
STEP 4 – SET-UP YOUR DIRECT DEBIT
We will send you a link to your Online Quote. In this stage you can confirm your licencing details, and securely complete your Direct Debit information.
